Copies of This Report

Rook Home Inspections LLC is not a copying service. Rook Home Inspections LLC typically provides an email copy to Client, Client’s agent of record, and Seller or Seller’s agent of record with Client's permission.

If Client or Client’s agent needs additional copies, we can provide them for a retrieval fee. Copies will be identical to the original report in all respects. 		Copy fee is:
  • FREE if ordered within 30 days of the inspection date,
  • $25 if ordered any time after 30 days from the inspection date (due to Rook Home Inspections LLC’s archiving process).
Copies will be sent via email.

Any and all fees are payable in advance.

Check should be made payable to Rook Home Inspections LLC and sent to 25 Bonacci Drive, Hamilton, NJ 08690.

There are no exceptions to Rook Home Inspections LLC’s policy for providing additional copies.
