If contracted and paid for, a visual inspection of the visible and accessible areas of the home was conducted for evidence of any wood damage or signs of termites or other wood-destroying insects.
Refer to our signed Form NPMA-33 for more information regarding the results of the inspection.
It is important to note that this was a visual inspection only and no destructive testing was completed. It should be understood that certain areas that were not visible during the inspection may have damage and insect infestation that may only be discovered during renovations or destructions.
Recommend obtaining an annual contract with a licensed pest control company that will conduct on-going inspections of the property.
