We always miss some minor things
The minor problems that we identified were discovered while looking for more significant problems. We note them simply as a courtesy to you. The intent of the inspection is not to find the problems cost a few dollars, or even a few hundred dollars, but to find the problems that will cost you thousands of dollars (please refer to your Home Inspection Agreement). It typically is the significant problems that affect people’s decisions to buy a particular house after they have already fallen in love with it.
