The NJ State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, who govern NJ licensed home inspectors, mandate that we provide you with a Pre-Inspection Agreement that details what we will inspect during your home inspection and what information will be provided in your home inspection report. The New Jersey Statutes and Regulations also dictate most of the information that is to be included in the Pre-Inspection Agreement. As such, before we begin your inspection, we will ask that you initial and sign that you have read and understand the Agreement. If you do not understand something in the Agreement, we will be happy to explain it to you.
