Mold Sampling / Air Quality Testing: We test for mold (including black mold and Stachybotrys) by taking air samples, swab samples, carpet samples, and wall samples. Mold can be controlled by reducing the moisture level in the house. Potential health effects and symptoms associated with mold exposures include allergic reactions, asthma, lung irritation, breathing difficulty, and other respiratory complaints.

Radon Gas Inspection: The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection recommends that all homes be tested for radon gas. One Year Warranty Inspection: We will professionally document all safety hazards, repairs, and adjustments and advise you on repairs your Builder may correct. You are then able to contact your Builder regarding these issues BEFORE your Builder is relieved of their responsibility under the NJ's one year new home warranty.
